The booking contract will be concluded with the client, the client pays 5000 euros to the seller
The notarized purchase-sale contract under the law of obligations will be concluded with the client. The purchaser pays 10% of the purchase price of the apartment ownership to the seller in concluding the contract less 5000 euros paid with the booking contract.
REAL RIGHT CONTRACT:
The notarized real right contract will be concluded after the completion of apartment building and transfer of the apartment to the client
The purchaser pays 90% of the purchase price of the apartment ownership to the seller or to the notary’s deposit invoice in concluding the real right contract.
Provided the purchase is financed by the bank or credit institution operating in Estonia ,the purchase price is paid to the seller after the conclusion of the notarized contract.
THE PRICE OF APARTMENT INCLUDES:
connection fees of water supply, sewerage and drainage
connection fee with electrical network
connection with district heating network
equipment according to the description of construction materials and devices
THE PRICE OF APARTMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
the notary fees related to the conclusion of purchase-sales contracts of the property, possible notary fees for establishing the mortgage, state fees payable in registration
connection fees of phone, data communication and cable television
furniture indicated as illustrative on the plans
lights within apartment
paperhanging works including materials
possible extra works
conduct of underbidding with service providers
the management service is provided as full service.
